A Sad Reality Check
Friday, 18 May 2007
And there is was. On the computer screen. My future. A dead straight back supported by two metal rods on either side and a few metal screws added in to hold the unnaturalness of it together.
And that was it. A reality check that possibly came a little too early for me. Maybe I would rather never see it. You cant even possible imagine what it feels like to see it there. And the doctor talking about it as if it happens everyday. Then again- for him it does. In. Out. In. Out. At least a hundred girls about the same age as me seeing him in a week alone. All the fate's the same as mine. Some worse off. Some better. But none the less- all the same. Counting down the days now there is only 44 days left. But 43 until I have to go into hospital.
A really sad reality check which prehaps hasnt sunk in much yet. July the 3rd is just another day for me.
But not really.
